If you are looking for a place to have a birthday party, or work party we have a location that may be just right. Our clubhouse has a nice open floor plan with TVs and seating to watch the game or cartoons on Saturday morning. It also has a small kitchen area with a refrigerator to keep the snacks from spoiling, a coffee maker, and a microwave.
Our Lighthouse is great for office parties or poker nights with the gang. It also has a magnificent view of the marina and the Saginaw River.

Winter Outside Boat and RV Storage Rate $100 per Item
A great affordable place to store your boat or RV for the winter season. Why leave it next to the garage or in a muddy field? Keep it on a hard surface locked inside the Wheeler Landing fenced and gated property.

October 15– April 15
One time charge of $100 per item, any size.
Open to both members and non-members.
Shrink wrapping is available at nearby Vehicle Accessories, 4424 E Wilder Rd, Bay City. Cost is $16 per linear foot plus 4 feet for trailer.
Must fill out a Winter Storage Form before leaving the boat or RV.
Must provide a copy of the boat or RV’s insurance with Winter Storage Form.
